Instructions to make Potato Bake:
  1. preheat oven 350°F
  2. mix all ingredients except for topping in a greased 9x13 inch pan
  3. for the topping melt butter and mix with cornflake crumbs
  4. spread topping over other ingredients and bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour
