They help you feel full also which can actually help to better your mood. It’s not difficult to feel low when you are starving! The reason these grains can improve your mood is that they are easy for your stomach to digest. They are simpler to digest than other foods which helps raise your blood sugar levels and that, in turn, raises your mood.

Research has proved that this amino acid stimulates the production of brain waves. This helps improve your mental acuity while calming the rest of your body.
