Steps to make Potato Chips:
  1. Peel the potato and wash it clean,put it into water
  2. Slice the potato into thin layer (I used potato slicer)
  3. Rinse the potato layer twice to remove the starch
  4. Prepare a large amount of water in a pot, put salt n vinegar. Bring the water to the boil. Turn off the heat.
  5. Boil the potato slices into the salted boiling water for 10 minutes. Then rinse the potatoes
  6. Heated a large amount cooking oil
  7. Deep fry the potato slices until it's light brown and crispy
