Instructions to make Spring Fresh Veggie Rice Paired with Plantain and Buka Stew:

  2. Rinse out Rice and strain water
  3. Place a pot on fire, heat up the 2 table spoon of oil, once it's not, add the onions, garlic, and diced running beans, peas…stir add water, salt, pour in the Rice…
  4. Allow to cook, once the Rice is almost Dried add in the carrots, chopped peppers, Cabbage, sweet corn and spring oinions, cover till the Rice is cooked and water totally dries.
  5. Stir up all the veggies together and serve your spring Fresh Veggie Rice with Sauces or Stew….
