Instructions to make Mango Naral vadi (nariyal vadi):
  1. Combine the coconut, sugar and ghee in a deep non-stick kadhai, mix well and cook on a slow flame for 10 minutes, while stirring continuously.
  2. Now add milk powder, malai, caradomom powder, mango pulp and mix well and cook for another 5-7 minutes.
  3. Immediately pour into a greased thali and spread it lightly.
  4. Cut them immediately into equal pieces using a sharp knife,
  5. Keep aside to cool for 30 minutes.
  6. Serve immediately or store in an air-tight container. Use as required.
