  1. First prepare all the ingredients for stuffing. Add coconut,jaggery,peanut,and roast it for 5 min.meanwhile,add cinnamon powder,and saunf(fennel seeds),and chopped coconut,and mix it properly,cool the mixture and keep aside.
  2. Now to make pitha,mix the rice powder with water,and little bit of salt,oil,make a soft round dough,with hand and flatten the pitha for filling stuff.
  3. Cover the pitha,with the stuff,in the edge,on all sides.
  4. Heat, enough oil,in a pan,and deep fry the pitha stuff and turn the pitha upside down.fry till it's turn golden brown and well fried.serve it with tea…
