  15. Make ready 1 pinch of beef flavor bouillon powder
  16. Get 3 tbsp oil to sauteing

Instructions to make Black Squid:
  1. wash the squid, reserving the ink in it and cut shaped like a ring
  2. slice all ingredients except kaffir lime leaves, bay leaves and galangal ( just mashed to get the flavor)
  3. make scrambled eggs and place on a plate
  4. saute all the spices and enter the squid
  5. put all the sauce and season and add the water
  6. enter the scrambled eggs and cook until the squid is cooked
